MILES 8660 is a Room Temperature, Non-flammable, acid accelerated alternative to hazardous Methylene chloride strippers, concentrated-liquid, aluminum wheel stripping solution formulated to remove all types of cured coatings from aluminum, brass, stainless and steel. May be heated to130°F.-150°F. to accelerate stripping time. MILES 8660 can be used heated to strip all types of Powder Coatings, OEM coatings from Aluminum Alloy Wheels, E-coating, Military CARC and difficult to remove PVD Primers. Not safe for use for zinc or magnesium substrates. Tire Rubber must be removed from wheel/rim prior to using stripper. Stripper will attack Wheel rubber, Latex, Acrylics, Vinyl, Fiberglass, PVC and ABS plastics.
